Pera, established in 2015, is a luxury brand of confections from the East. The classic ladoo, pedha and burfi recipes have been passed down from generation to generation, refined to ensure that each bite is like a drop of heaven.
In an age of modified food products, increasing ailments in the youth and a monumental shift away from home cooked foods, the Pera family felt it was essential to draw on the roots of heritage cooking in order to reintroduce natural ingredients, traditional techniques and a combination of mouth-watering flavours to the forthcoming generations.
